You and Your Health, a 6-Week Series
These classes are designed to help you make gradual changes in your lifestyle choices, resulting in higher energy levels and decreased health risks. Each one hour session is packed with practical, easy to follow information to help you set personal goals.
July 28: Smart Shopping
Learn how to shop for the healthiest foods in a short amount of time, how to read nutrition fact labels, and what foods to have on hand for quick meals.
