This consultation includes a “take home” packet of information (local, state and national) including a comprehensive resource manual, How to Be a Resilient Caregiver, and specific referrals to community agencies for additional services.

Bi-monthly Caregiver Support Group
This group meets in the Student Union, Tucson Campus, from noon to 1:00pm on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month and is facilitated by a master’s level professional known in the Tucson area for her expertise in caregiving and aging. Click here for dates and room locations.
Educational Presentations
The Caregiving Coordinator will come to your department or on site location to for a discussion about aging, caregiving and/or life cycle transitions, and will offer strategies for coping effectively with stress and life changes.
