Lourdes A. Rodríguez is a Manager of Childcare and Family Resources at Life & Work Connections, where she manages the University's flagship childcare choice and sick and backup childcare programs. She holds an MS in early childhood education and has spent more than 30 years in the field as a dance teacher, camp program coordinator, preschool director, and external quality assessor for youth programs.

Lourdes is a member of the College and University Work Family Association and the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She also serves as a professional development instructor and technical assistance provider for the Arizona Early Childhood Workforce Registry.

Lourdes recognizes the importance of supportive, high-quality care arrangements for children throughout childhood. She is eager to explore personalized options with University of Arizona families, in support of employee and student well-being.
