Work/Life Support

What is work/life?

Changing demographics and emerging trends impact the manner in which employers operate and manage their workplaces. An increase in the number of women in the work force, employed men and women having dual child care and elder care responsibilities and an aging population all contribute to the need to support and promote work/life programs.

The University defines "work/life" as the challenges involved in integrating employment, family and personal priorities in order to meet individual and organizational needs.
