Worksite Wellness FAQs

I am a healthy male. Should I get an osteoporosis (bone health) screening?

Yes! Currently, one in five people with osteoporosis are male. Early detection and prevention of further bone loss as well as increasing bone density can diminish your risk for developing osteoporosis.

I have some general questions about my eating and nutrition. I would like to talk to someone about this.

We offer individual nutrition and fitness counseling. No matter how much a person knows about eating and exercising, there is always something that they can change to make it easier to achieve their health goals. Check out Nutrition and Fitness Counseling in our website.
