These free screenings are offered to benefits-eligible employees either

• in your department (for 12 or more participants) or
• onsite at UA Life & Work Connections, 1125 N. Vine Avenue

These screenings are designed to assess your resiliency for maintaining your health.

• Blood Pressure
• Cardiovascular Endurance
• Total Cholesterol
• Body Composition
• HDL
• A1c Diabetes test, available for a $10.00 charge

At the end of the screening:

• your results are reviewed in a brief, confidential, one-on-one consultation with a Registered Dietitian and licensed professional counselor.
• more in-depth individual consultations are available by appointment for those who would like follow-up information.
