If you are concerned about your risk for diabetes you can sign up for a UA Life & Work Connections Diabetes Risk Screening. This screening will assess your risk for diabetes and measure your long-term glucose levels (A1C) which does not require fasting. In addition, we will measure other related health tests including blood pressure, Total Cholesterol and HDL, waist circumference, heart endurance (step-test). We will go over your results at that time and provide nutrition/fitness and stress/sleep consultations.
