Health Screenings - Worksite Wellness

These free screenings are offered to benefits-eligible employees either

  • in your department (for 12 or more participants) or
  • onsite at UA Life & Work Connections, 1125 N. Vine Avenue

Dates for open screenings are:

  • June 19, 2008 at 1125 N. Vine Avenue
  • September 25, 2008 at 1125 N. Vine Avenue
  • October 23, 2008 at 1125 N. Vine Avenue
  • November 20, 2008 at 1125 N. Vine Avenue
Open screenings are by appointment only. Please call 621-2493 to register or if you have any questions.

These screenings are designed to assess your resiliency for maintaining a healthy heart and cardiovascular system.

  • Blood Pressure
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Total Cholesterol
  • Body Composition
  • HDL
  • A1c Diabetes test, available for a $10.00 charge

At the end of the screening:

  • your results are reviewed in a brief, confidential, one-on-one consultation with Worksite Wellness Consultants.
  • more in-depth individual consultation is available and follow-up testing is provided for free to those identified at high risk for heart disease.
