serves as Program Coordinator for Child Care and Family Resources, Elder Care and Life Cycle Resources, and Work/Life Support, and collaborates with the department’s Caregiving Coordinator to provide comprehensive individual and organizational services. Caryn is a work/life professional with an extensive background in consulting and direct services involving:

• workplace and family care issues
• recruitment and retention support
• early childhood education
• elder care
• strategic organizational growth

She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Arizona, with concentrations in gerontology, work/life and workforce issues and a Bachelors degree in child development from the California State University system.
