We are located at 1125 N. Vine Ave., 2nd floor, directly south of the Highland Garage on Helen St. (see map).

From the intersection at Speedway Blvd. & Mountain Ave., drive North on Mountain Ave., and make the first right-turn (east) onto Helen St. Continue straight and the first street you reach is Vine Ave. Our building is located at the southwest corner of this intersection (Helen St. & Vine Ave.). Our offices are on the second floor of a two-story building.

For parking arrangements, you may use our temporary permit. Our three reserved spaces can be found south of our building, within the UA Zone 1 parking area. Signs indicate that the spaces are for Life & Work Connections clients only. Once you come into our offices, you may request a permit, which you will need to place on the dashboard of your vehicle.
