- 2004 - UA is the recipient of the Arizona Psychological Association's annual "Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award", based upon the integrated and life-cycle programs and resources of UA Life & Work Connections and its campus partners
- 2002 - UA is cited as one of "20 Cutting-Edge Work/Life Programs" in the United States by the "Work/Life Today" division of the National Institute of Business Management for its integrated, individual and organizational recruitment and retention strategies
- 2000 - UA awarded a Gold Well Workplace Award from the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) for quality and excellence in organizational health and wellness, work/life services and systemic collaboration
- 1998 - UA awarded a Work/Life Champion Award from the Tucson Worklife Professionals Council
