Learn how boundaries impact self-care, wellness, and resilient relationships.

The workshop will include experiential exercises about boundary formation, mindfulness, and compassion in relationships that you can apply to professional and personal relationships.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Identify the signs of fluid boundaries and patterns of vulnerabilities in your relationships.
  2. Promote boundary formation and clear communication.
  3. See how healthy boundaries relate to wellness for an individual and an organization.
  4. Implement new rules moving forward to promote resiliency in your relationships.

Tanya Lauer, LPC

Employee Assistance Counselor, UA Life & Work Connections

Tanya specializes in trauma healing, resilience, mindfulness, and recovery from co-occurring disorders. She has worked as a counselor and clinical director in residential treatment centers and outpatient settings.

She is a co-author of “The Essence of Resilience: Stories of Triumph over Trauma,” a contributor to the Huffington Post, and a keynote speaker.
