Identify the signs of burnout in your life and adopt strategies for stress management. This session utilizes the e.Y.e.* approach.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Identify signs and symptoms of burnout.
  2. Apply burnout prevention strategies for early intervention (including training your e.Y.e.) to prevent burnout.
  3. Implement stress management techniques in your daily life.
  4. Apply individual and departmental/group strategies to improve resiliency to stress and burnout.

*The e.Y.e. approach is an acronym developed by the course author.

Bob holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. He has worked as an individual and family counselor for more than 15 years in a variety of settings, including non-profit, private, and academic organizations.
