Caregiver Resource Guide

The How To Be a Resilient Caregiver manual is a collaborative, community resource guide. The information describes relevant topics and how to assist an older adult along the continuum of care, from least need to end of life care. The manual also contains a self-care for caregivers section and a comprehensive list of Tucson area resources and services.

UA Life & Work Connections is pleased to make this information available to the University of Arizona employees and students requesting an elder care consultation. This resource is also available from the Caregiver Consortium website. Contact Eileen Lawless at 520-621-9870 regarding Elder Care and Life Cycle Resources.
