Training Your e.Y.e. to Prevent Burnout

Identify the signs of burnout in your life and adopt strategies for stress management. This session, presented by Bob Cunningham, utilizes the e.Y.e.* approach.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Identify signs and symptoms of burnout.
  2. Apply burnout prevention strategies for early intervention (including training your e.Y.e.) to prevent burnout.
  3. Implement stress management techniques in your daily life.
  4. Apply individual and departmental/group strategies to improve resiliency to stress and burnout.
