How to G.R.O.W. Resilience

Learn how to use evidence-based practices to increase resiliency in professional and personal settings.

The workshop, presented by Tanya Lauer, will utilize the G.R.O.W. (Grit, Reflect, Open, Why) method. It will include didactic and experiential components to help you identify and implement resiliency skills and practices in an ongoing manner.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Identify the meaning of resilience in your own professional and personal experience.
  2. Describe four qualities of resilience (G.R.O.W.) and how these apply to your own resiliency traits.
  3. Increase your self-awareness for areas of growth, skill building, and promoting resiliency.
  4. Implement the G.R.O.W. method when encountering adversity in the future.
