Learn how boundaries impact self-care, wellness, and resilient relationships.

The workshop, presented by Tanya Lauer, will include experiential exercises about boundary formation, mindfulness, and compassion in relationships that you can apply to professional and personal relationships.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Identify the signs of fluid boundaries and patterns of vulnerabilities in your relationships.
  2. Promote boundary formation and clear communication.
  3. See how healthy boundaries relate to wellness for an individual and an organization.
  4. Implement new rules moving forward to promote resiliency in your relationships.
