By now, you’ve formed your team, and your captain’s gotten everyone registered. It’s time to start logging your minutes, so they count toward your team’s total. (Don’t forget to log your time daily!)
Aim for 150–300 minutes of moderate physical activity – brisk walking, dancing, riding a bike, even pushing a lawn mower or scrubbing a bathtub – during each of the eight weeks of Move Arizona.
