Maintain, No Gain Holiday Challenge

Let us help you meet your holiday health goals

The 2019 Maintain, No Gain Holiday Challenge kicks off in early November. Participation is simple! Weigh in with us before the holidays then after. If you gain two pounds or fewer, you qualify for the prize drawing.

ALL campus locations can participate!
