Nutrition and Fitness Coaching

Are you considering some new healthy habits?

Has your Primary Care Provider advised you to make some lifestyle changes?  Not sure where to start?

UA employees eligible for full benefits can take advantage of free, confidential and personalized nutrition and/or fitness coaching sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified personal trainer.  One 30 to 60 minute session might be enough to discuss your individual nutrition and fitness goals and develop a plan, but if the support and accountability of several sessions will help you meet your goals; that’s an option as well.  Would nutrition and fitness coaching benefit a family member?  They are welcome to attend a session or sessions with you.

Are you a UA employee working in greater Arizona?

Skype coaching is available.

Coaching Topics

Coaching topics can range from overall health promotion and disease prevention to managing specific conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or food allergies.
