Our Programs

You know that life is about more than your job or your classes; we know it, too!

We also know that employees and students have greater satisfaction and success in their work when they are supported as a whole person. After all, life isn’t broken into neat compartments of work, family, health, and personal fulfillment. It’s all happening at once. And while it can feel overwhelming, you don’t have to do it alone.

Most of our services are free of charge. We want to encourage and support you as you make healthy decisions about your mind, your body, your family, and your workplace.

Our award-winning program is centered around five integrated components, to focus on the whole person:

  • Employee Assistance Service provides benefits-eligible employees with services for personal problems or when the problems of a family member, co-worker or colleague are affecting their lives or jobs.

  • Childcare & Family Resources provides benefits-eligible employees and undergraduate and graduate/professional students with childcare consultations, resources and referrals, financial assistance, and emergency/back-up childcare programs.

  • Elder Care & Life Cycle Resources provides benefits-eligible employees and undergraduate and graduate/professional students with consultations, resources and referrals to help in the care of an aging loved one.

  • Employee Wellness & Health Promotion provides benefits-eligible employees with services to assist in maintaining or improving physical health.

  • Work/Life Integration provides work/life support to benefits eligible employees by offering consultations, models, and resources for long- or short-term modification of employee schedules or worksites.
