Senior Coordinator, Employee Wellness and Health Promotion

Chad is the Senior Coordinator, Employee Wellness and Health Promotion. Chad has a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Weber State University and a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah.

Employee Assistance Counselor

Bob is an Employee Assistance Counselor for UA Life and Work Connections.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.

Administrative Assistant

Cynthia Davis (Cindy), (MPH, RDN) is the Employee Wellness and Health Promotion Nutrition and Fitness Coach.  She states, “I’m excited to serve with the LWC team and assist others on the road to better health.”

Employee Assistance Counselor

Tanya is a licensed clinician who specializes in trauma healing, resilience, mindfulness, and recovery from co-occurring disorders. She has worked as a counselor and clinical director in residential treatment centers and outpatient settings.

Dependent Care Advisor

As the Dependent Care Advisor, Eileen Lawless, MSW, provides support and resources to caregivers of adults and elders. After almost 20 years of experience in adult and elder care, Eileen is proud to work with the LWC team to focus on work/life balance for the caregivers of our UA community.
