Coach Your Team to Learn, Stretch, and Grow: Learn why employee growth is so fundamental for advancement, how strong leaders can identify and develop top talent, and practical strategies to coach others to learn, stretch, and grow. 

To participate:

1. Register in EDGE learning by April 1.
2. You will also be prompted to register for the LinkedIn Learning course and a small group Zoom discussion time.
3. Watch the selected LinkedIn Learning course at your convenience before your discussion group.
4. Participate in a small Zoom discussion with colleagues from across campus between April 7-16.
