Mental & Emotional Health
Our experiences with mental health are as unique as we are. This means how we approach, discuss and take care of our mental health must be different as well. Life & Work Connections offers several ways to both learn about mental wellness and get support when needed.

COMING SOON: Mental Wellness Experiences
Lets move mental well-being from just talking about it to experiencing it! Life & Work Connection is hard at work to bring/highlight future opportunities for employees to have monthly mental well-being experiences both in-person & virtually. Be sure to sign up for our Wellness at Work Newsletter for future announcements.

Free Counseling
Free, confidential, short-term counseling is available to all benefits-eligible employees, their dependents, and members of their households through ComPsych. Using ComPsych services is completely confidential, offered in multiple languages, and offers 24/7 access to support, resources & information.

Free Mental Health Screening
An online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
After your mental health test, you will see information, resources, and tools to help you understand and improve your mental health.

Request a Presentation
Foster a culture of well-being in your office by including these presentations in a meeting or a department retreat: stress management, self-care, and suicide prevention.

Mindful Mondays
We'll explore guided mindfulness practices focused on cultivating the skills of full presence and focused awareness, releasing the stressors of the day, and honoring our needs for care and community.
