Getting Started in the App

Logging Your Movement Minutes

Use the option that's most convenient for you.

LOG MINUTES MANUALLY VIA WEBSITE or APP

You can enter your minutes via the ChallengeRunner website or app.

Enter minutes using the text box (fillable) or option buttons (choices). The system does not allow more than 500 minutes of activity to be entered. Enter past activity by changing the Log Date. It must fall within the past 14 days, and the 8-week Move Arizona timeframe. The data you enter is automatically saved.

The ChallengeRunner iPhone and Android apps are currently available free from Apple App Store Google Play app store.

LOG MINUTES VIA FITNESS DEVICE

Sync your fitness device with the ChallengeRunner website/app and collect your minutes automatically.

  • Click on the Trackers button on the challenge panel. A Profile dialog box shows all supported fitness trackers.
  • To enable a device, click the Authorize link next to the device. You will be redirected to the device’s authorization page. Log into your fitness tracker account. Once you approve, you will be redirected to the ChallengeRunner website with a message that “Authorization was successful.”

Viewing the Leaderboard

The leaderboard displays the current standings for your challenge. Click the leaderboard to see an expanded leaderboard, or download the results to Excel. A dialog box will display the current standings of the top 50 participants as well as your standings. A link will be provided to see any remaining participant standings.

Group members are anonymized behind the team name. The anonymous option lets participants see where they are in the standings but not the names of other participants.
