This interactive workshop offers a five-step model and the 4Ms framework, plus downloadable worksheets, so you leave with something started, not just something to think about. Offered once each semester.

This year-end session offers a framework for reflecting on both the challenges and the growth, with tools for setting realistic, sustainable goals that honor your needs and your loved one's before the new year picks up speed.

This one is just for you.
