For over four years, I've been part of the Enrollment Management Systems & Communications (EMSC) team, and I have found it to be a consistently positive and nurturing work environment. As a Wellness Ambassador, I try to draw on my academic background in Organizational Leadership and take the initiative to implement various measures prioritizing the well-being of my colleagues.
This involves organizing gatherings, games, and charity events and sharing wellness-related resources. It's truly satisfying to see the concrete effects of cultivating a culture that values the health and happiness of our team members. I’m proud to contribute to shaping a work environment that goes beyond traditional definitions of professional success.
