Lilian Martinez
Lilian Martinez is in her first year on the MEZCOPH wellness team. Lilian’s goal is to encourage healthy relationships, being active, and finding balance, whether it be physically, mentally, or emotionally. She brings a unique perspective on encouraging people to find their individualized balance. Lilian has taken training in mental health classes, meal preparations, and emotional support and has proven herself as a strong asset to the team. Lilian would like people to take notice of the small steps that they take every day to achieve their daily goals, and together we can take care of our bodies and minds at the same time. We are all unique, and we balance and align differently, but it is something that we can all achieve. “Don’t watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going.” Sam Levenson.
