Now Available Nationwide: Childcare Choice, Back-Up Care and Counseling

We are excited to announce the recent expansion of three programs to all benefits-eligible employees outside of Arizona.

Childcare Choice – Employee

The Childcare Choice program reimburses up to $2,000 per fiscal year per household for qualifying child care for legal dependents up to 12 years old. This program is first come, first served and has limited funding. Please apply as soon as possible.

Back-Up Care Program

The Back-Up Care program provides backup care for qualifying dependents and relatives, including adults, elders, and children.* The program vendor – Bright Horizons – vets, trains, and contracts with hundreds of in-home caregivers and top-rated brick-and-mortar providers.

Employee Assistance Counseling

Employee Assistance Counseling provides 12 one-on-one counseling sessions, per issue, per year to eligible employees, their dependents, and members of their households. The program vendor – ComPsych – offers multiple appointment times, including evenings and weekends, and a range of service modes, including in-person, phone, or video.

ComPsych's network includes professionals from various cultural and clinical backgrounds. Services and translators are available in multiple languages.
