Lourdes A. Rodríguez, M.S., SHRM-CP

Lourdes A. Rodríguez is a Manager of Childcare and Family Resources at HR Life & Work Connections, where she manages the University of Arizona's flagship childcare choice and backup programs. She holds an M.S. in early childhood education and has spent more than 40 years in the field, serving in various roles: teacher, camp program coordinator, preschool director, and external quality assessor for youth programs. She is also a SHRM Certified Professional.

Lourdes is a member of the Executive Board of the College and University Work Family Association (CUWFA) and a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). She also served as a professional development instructor and technical assistance provider for the Arizona Early Childhood Workforce Registry.

Lourdes recognizes that families need support in finding high-quality care arrangements and learning the best practices for raising children while navigating their professional careers.  She is eager to explore personalized options with university families, to support employee and student well-being.
