11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Sept. 23, 2026

You've thought about bringing it up: what your parents want as they get older, and what the future might look like. But the moment never feels right, so you keep postponing it. This session takes on one of caregiving's most meaningful opportunities with a story-centered approach, practical starters, and the confidence to begin before a crisis forces the timing.

Caregiver Gatherings: Making Sense Out of the Caregiving Role
11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., Sept. 30, 2026

You sat down to plan for a loved one's care and didn't know where to start. This session makes room for that uncertainty: we'll touch on Age-Friendly Health Systems (The 4Ms framework), what matters most, medication, mentation, and mobility, then open the floor to conversation. Caregivers further along often have real insight for those just getting their footing. You don't have to start alone.

Medical Wishes
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Oct. 21, 2026

The question about medical wishes can come up anywhere: a routine appointment, the kitchen table, a hospital hallway. Most people realize in that moment they've never actually asked. This session uses the 4Ms framework to explore medical preferences with curiosity, not dread, and build confidence navigating the healthcare system as an advocate for someone you love.
